Login Instructions & Guide

Congratulations on being selected to participate in this Masterclass! Please note that only those with registration numbers starting with "MCU2-" are to log in.

Please check the list of accepted participants for your name and registration number before you try to log in. Login accounts have been activated only for participants with a registration number. If your name is not on the published list (see email communications), you will not be able to log in.

Part 1 – Log in and set your password

1. Go to https://vicbhe.org
2. Click Login in the top right corner

3. Enter your login details:

   Username: Your registered email address

   Password: vicbhe2026c1

4. Click the Login button
5. You will be prompted to change your password. Enter vicbhe2026c1 as the current password, then create and confirm your new password
6. Click Save. You will be taken to your dashboard

Remember your new password. It is the only one you need for the masterclass or module.

Part 2 – Reach the Weekly Tests site

Do this when instructed to take a quiz or test.

7. While logged in to vicbhe.org, click Weekly Tests Site in the menu at the top of the page
8. On the page that opens, look for “Log in using your account on:” and click the VICBHE.ORG button
9. If a screen appears asking you to allow access, click Allow
10. You are taken straight into the Weekly Tests site.

Forgotten Your Password or Need a Reset? 

1. Go to https://vicbhe.org/user/password
2. Follow the prompts to reset your password

This will reset your password.
